Return Policy



Casual Charisma will give a full refund for any qualified purchase (excluding shipping cost) in an unused condition returned within 30 days of the delivery date of an order. A copy of the receipt should also be sent in.

If a product is returned because of our error or the product is defective we will pay both the shipping cost to you and also the return shipping cost. If you want to return a shirt for a different size, you pay the shipping back to us and we will pay the shipping to you. Custom made orders cannot be returned. Items must be in their original condition. If a gift is returned the refund will be issued to the person who paid for the order and not given to the person receiving the gift.

Shipping



We can ship to only to the US and Canada and we offer a variety of ways to ship your order within the U.S. Normally orders are shipped out within two business days, but for various reasons some orders may be shipped at a later date (for instance if a product is out-of-stock). If there is a delay in shipping an item, for instance a product is out of stock, you will be contacted immediately by email or phone. If you want to receive an order faster it can be shipped UPS 2nd Day or UPS Overnight. Usually the further you are from Florida (our location) the longer it will take the shipment to arrive. We usually charge a flat fee for a shipment within the US. Some of the items we sell may have their shipping costs calculated according to weight.

Shipments to Canada

Orders to Canada will normally be shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS). The main reason we use the Postal Service is that when the package arrives in Canada you can clear the package yourself through customs. If the package is sent UPS, Federal Express, etc. usually the company that you ship with will clear the package for you (without telling you) and charge you a fee to do this (usually around $20 to $40). They will usually request payment of this clearance bill before delivering the package to you. If you would like to ship the package by Express Mail or by UPS or FedEx please let us know and we will then calculate the cost of shipment by these other methods and let you know what the cost will be.

Standard Shipping

After an item is shipped, which is usually done within two business days of receiving an order, it usually takes 3 to 7 days for it to arrive. Most orders will arrive between 7 and 10 days after an order was placed and most will be shipped by UPS. Standard shipping fee per order is $6 per order. Orders to Canada (sent by US Mail) and will be charged the actual shipping cost, which is calculated according to weight. Orders to Canada will usually take longer to arrive than US orders. For an order over $500 a signature when delivered is required.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Protectorates such as Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands may take an extra 2 to 5 days to get to their destination.

Express Shipping

We can ship Express Mail by US Post and UPS Next-Day Air or 2-Day Air. Three-Day Shipping No deliveries on weekends but only on business days (only Monday to Friday). No PO Boxes or FPO/APO. For an order over $500 a signature is required when delivered.

A Three-Day Shipping order will usually take three business days to reach its destination. If an order is made on Monday night, then it will usually be shipped on Tuesday and it will arrive at your destination three days later sometime on Thursday. If you choose three-day Shipping on Friday night, the package will not be shipped until Monday and usually will not arrive until Thursday, as the order is not moved on Saturday or Sunday by the various shipping companies. Three-Day shipping fee is $19 per order or the actual cost of shipping which ever is less.

One Business Day Shipping

No deliveries on weekends. No PO Boxes or FPO/APO For an order over $500 a signature is required when delivered. One-Day Shipping does not mean that a package will arrive the next day, but it might. For instance if an order is made on Friday evening. The order will be shipped on Monday morning, because there is no shipping on the weekends for One-Day Shipping and the package will arrive on Tuesday. If you really need your purchase quickly please contact us by phone or email before making the order to let us know your needs and we will try to accommodate you. One-Day shipping fee is $29 per order.

Undeliverable Packages

A package may be judged undeliverable if it has an incorrect address or if a post office box address is entered in a non-standard way (it should be entered as PO Box and the number). Most carriers attempt to deliver a package three times and if they can not deliver the package will return it to us. If a person getting a gift does not know they are receiving a gift, they may refuse the package when it arrives at their door. It may be a good idea to let a person that you are giving a gift to know that they may be receiving a package from Casual Charisma or our supplier, Sacred Threads.

Late Delivery

If a purchase is shipped by Standard Shipping and it does not arrive within two weeks, then there may be a problem with the shipment. If a purchase is shipped by One-Day or Two-Day fast shipping it may take 2 to 6 days to be delivered. If you think there is a problem with shipping please feel free to contact us. You may first want to check with your family members or neighbors to see if they received the package and forgot to tell you.

Ecological Friendly Shipping Materials We attempt to use recycled packing materials. We may send out orders in reused boxes to help stop the waste involved with using new ones. We strive to use packing materials that are recyclable and are made from recycled materials.

Sales Tax



We are required to charge sale tax for the state that we do business in, which is Florida. Residents of Florida will have sales tax added onto their bill. Sales tax is applied to the entire order, which means it is also applied to shipping, handling and gift wrapping. On the order form the estimated sales tax is displayed while placing an order. The exact sales tax will be on the invoice. Tax exempt organizations in Florida should email us at casual.charisma@yahoo.com for information of how to receive sales tax exemption. When a Gift Certificate is purchased no sales tax is assessed, but when the card is used by Florida residents then sales tax will have to be paid on the taxable items purchased.
